Protection Plan Terms and Conditions

Welcome to the Ultimate Lifetime Protection Plan ("Protection Plan") provided by Gleym.com. By subscribing to this Protection Plan, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Description of the Protection Plan

The Ultimate Lifetime Protection Plan provides the following benefits to subscribers:

  • Lifetime Replacement Guarantee: Subscribers are entitled to a replacement Universe Bracelet if their original bracelet is lost, stolen, or damaged, provided their subscription is active at the time of the claim.
  • Free Jewellery Gift: Subscribers will receive a surprise piece of jewellery every six months, provided their subscription has been continuously active during that period. The value and type of jewellery are unspecified and will vary.

2. Subscription and Billing

  • Subscription: The Protection Plan is a recurring monthly subscription. The subscription fee will be billed monthly until the subscriber cancels.
  • Cancellation: Subscribers may cancel their subscription at any time by clicking the "Manage Subscriptions" link in the footer of Gleym.com. Upon cancellation, the subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle.
  • Refunds: Subscribers can request a refund for their previous subscription payment within 48 hours of the payment being processed. Refund requests must be sent to support@cogvita.co.

3. Replacement Claims

  • Eligibility: To claim a replacement, subscribers must email support@cogvita.co, provide the reason for the replacement request, and confirm their subscription is active.
  • Limitations: Subscribers are entitled to a maximum of one replacement Universe Bracelet per month.
  • Active Subscription Requirement: The subscription must be active at the time of the replacement claim for the claim to be valid.

4. Free Jewellery Gift

  • Eligibility: Subscribers will receive a surprise piece of jewellery every six months, provided their subscription has been active and uninterrupted during the entire period.
  • Shipping: It is the subscriber's responsibility to ensure their shipping address is current. Address updates can be made via the "Manage Subscriptions" link in the footer of Gleym.com.

5. Subscriber Responsibilities

  • Accurate Information: Subscribers must provide accurate and up-to-date information, including a valid email address and shipping address.
  • Email Communication: All communications regarding the Protection Plan, including replacement claims and cancellation requests, must be sent to support@cogvita.co.

6. Changes to the Terms and Conditions

Gleym.com reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Subscribers will be notified of any significant changes via email or through a notice on Gleym.com. Continued use of the Protection Plan after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

7. Limitation of Liability

Gleym.com is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the Protection Plan. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid by the subscriber for the Protection Plan during the period in which the claim arises.

8. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of United Kingdom. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of United Kingdom.
